Hiring: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care (LTC) Location: Gunnison, CO 13-Week Contract Start Date: August 3, 2026 Shift: Days | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | 3×12s | 36 Hours/Week We are seeking an experienced LPN to provide compassionate nursing care in a Long-Term Care setting while supporting residents' health, safety, and overall well-being. Job Description Deliver direct nursing care to LTC residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and document patient conditions using PointClick EMR. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team. Ensure compliance with facility policies and quality care standards. Requirements Active Colorado LPN License. BLS. BLS Certification – Required. Minimum 3 years of hospital, skilled nursing, or LTC experience. IV Certification preferred.CAPS check required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
