Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals Garland has partnered with a company in Wylie TX to actively recruit 1st Shift MIG Welders to join their team.
Job Overview:
We are seeking skilled and dependable MIG Welders to support production operations by performing high-quality welds, maintaining safety standards, and meeting production goals. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay Rate:
1st Shift: $22.42/hr
Key Responsibilities: Welding & Fabrication:
Perform MIG welding on various materials according to specifications and blueprints while ensuring strong, clean welds.
Quality Control:
Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
Production Support:
Meet daily production goals while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
Safety Compliance:
Follow all safety procedures and properly use PPE at all times.
Equipment Maintenance:
Maintain welding equipment and keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
• MIG welding experience required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work overtime as required
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Schedule: 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 4:30 AM - 3:00 PM
