We are hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders for a metal fabrication and manufacturing facility in Garland, TX. We are looking for skilled, dependable welders with hands-on fabrication experience who can produce clean, accurate, quality welds in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Location: Garland, TX
Pay: Starting at $22.00+/hour, based on experience and weld test

Schedule: Monday–Saturday + overtime as required

1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM–12:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding on metal parts, components, and assemblies
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely and correctly
• Weld components according to specifications, work orders, and production requirements
• Read and follow blueprints, drawings, measurements, and fabrication instructions
• Use grinders, hand tools, power tools, and other metal fabrication equipment
• Measure, fit, align, and position components prior to welding
• Inspect completed welds for quality, accuracy, and proper penetration
• Identify and correct weld defects when necessary
• Maintain welding equipment and a clean, organized work area
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Assist with additional fabrication and production duties as needed

Requirements

• Previous MIG and TIG welding experience required
• Previous experience in metal fabrication or manufacturing strongly preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, measurements, and fabrication drawings
• Experience using welding equipment, grinders, and other hand and power tools
• Strong understanding of welding techniques and safety procedures
• Ability to produce consistent, quality welds
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Must wear required PPE and welding protection
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be available to work overtime and Saturdays as required
• Must be able to pass an on-site weld test
