Manufacturing Production Supervisor

The Manufacturing Production Supervisor is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and controlling direct functions within the manufacturing shop, in addition to managing and coordinating process improvement projects.

• Trains or coaches employees on administrative or technical processes and procedures.

• Ensures the safety of employees.

• Ensures that workers have the necessary equipment and prints to perform their duties.

• Resolves production issues and escalates those that require management attention.

• Educates employees on quality standards and procedures.

• Develop work instructions and procedures for manufacturing processes.

• Conduct performance review and formal performance/career development discussions with direct reports.

• Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement, wherever applicable.

• Minimum Years of experience 3-5 years preferably in PWA (Printed Wiring Assembly) Manufacturing

• Education Background Bachelors would be nice, but Associates or Technical degree along with electronics experience would be good

• Languages competency? English, Vietnamese (Optional)

• Is there any certification required? IPC-610 would be good to have. Even if expired

• What is the shift for this position? Shift from Monday to Friday 06:00 a.m. - 15:00. Facility is open from 6am to 7pm. Schedule is flexible with minimum 8hrs.
