Location: North Temple, TX area
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: 20.00/hour to start
Schedule: Day Shift
Overtime Opportunity: Approximately 14 hours of overtime each week
Position Overview
Crouch Staffing is seeking experienced Industrial Painters for a full-time day shift opportunity in the North Temple, TX area .
This position offers a consistent schedule with approximately 54 paid hours per week, including around 14 hours of overtime . This is a strong opportunity for experienced industrial painters looking to increase their weekly earnings through a steady overtime schedule.
Candidates must have previous industrial painting experience and be comfortable working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Schedule
- Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
- 30-minute unpaid lunch each day
- Approximately 54 paid hours per week
- Approximately 14 hours of overtime per week
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare metal and industrial surfaces for painting
- Apply industrial coatings and paint according to specifications
- Operate spray painting equipment and other related tools
- Mix and prepare paint and coatings as required
- Inspect finished surfaces for proper coverage and quality
- Perform touch-ups and corrections as needed
- Maintain painting equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
- Follow required safety procedures and workplace standards
- Work efficiently to meet production and quality expectations
- Perform other industrial painting and production-related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Previous industrial painting experience required
- Experience applying coatings or paint in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
- Familiarity with spray painting equipment and industrial coatings
- Ability to maintain consistent paint coverage and finish quality
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and ability to work the full scheduled shift
- Comfortable working extended shifts in an industrial/manufacturing environment
Earn up to approximately $1,220/week before taxes !
