*COMMISSION-BASED PAY*
I am looking for a full-time yacht broker local to the Clear Lake/Houston area. As a full-time yacht broker you will regularly be mingling with yacht owners, marina visitors, and offering the League City Yacht Sales brokerage services to help represent buyers and sellers pursue purchasing or selling a yacht. Success as a yacht broker looks like being able to earn the trust of yacht owners, successfully represent sellers, locate buyers interested in purchasing, negotiating deals to close, and building a database of buyers and sellers to manage. Being open to working remote and travel are also important aspects of this position. Responsibilities Some responsibilities as a yacht broker: Provide professional representation to buyers and sellers interested in purchasing a yacht, upgrading what they currently own, or downgrading/exiting Field incoming calls and emails Negotiate offers in-house and out-of-house Accommodate marina visitors Facilitate and expand on business relationships domestically and internationally Qualifications I am looking for a full-time yacht broker who is capable of working on only commission. Sales experience and experience in the marine industry are a must.
