Permanent OB/GYN Physician — Women's Care Practice Opportunity

TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified OB/GYN Physician to join an established women's care practice in coastal eastern North Carolina. This opportunity offers a balanced mix of inpatient and outpatient care, strong system support, and the chance to practice in a beautiful waterfront community. This practice is located in a historic coastal town known for its charm, affordability, and proximity to the Outer Banks, Norfolk, and Raleigh.

• Call: Shared call rotation

Practice Environment

• Established practice with 1 OB/GYN and 1 Nurse Practitioner
• Hospital privileges at a community hospital
• Inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
• Clinic schedule: June 12-15, 2026, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Protected administrative time
• One surgery day per week
• Shared call with two providers
• Advanced practice provider support
• Full practice support from the health system
• Integrated care within a 9-hospital physician-led healthcare system

Requirements

• MD or DO
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Eligible for North Carolina licensure
• Interest in community-based women's health
