Founding Head Of Marketing

We are hiring a founding head of marketing to build and lead our marketing department from the ground up. You will lead a small offshore team, stand up the systems and processes that support 50+ mortgage loan officers (MLOs), and own the brand, content, and automation that drives our growth. This is a build role for a hands-on leader who can both set strategy and execute alongside the team.
