Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Mobile Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide personalized, one-on-one care in patients’ homes or preferred settings in Kansas City, MO. This role offers flexibility and autonomy while helping individuals improve mobility, function, and overall quality of life in a convenient, patient-centered environment.
Compensation: $70,000 – $85,000
Qualifications:
- PT License in MO/KS
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled OP care in the home setting
Skills:
- Strong clinical reasoning and hands‑on therapy skills
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule
- Adaptability to various home and community environments
- Proficient documentation and electronic medical record (EMR) skills
- Reliable transportation and time management skills
