Associate Attorney

Vestige Law is a rapidly growing boutique law firm providing high-quality legal services in commercial litigation, real estate, and corporate law. We are seeking a qualified Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage full-scope civil litigation matters, including drafting pleadings, motions, and conducting discovery (interrogatories, requests for production, requests for admission, depositions, etc.) Prepare and negotiate transactional documents, including contracts, consulting agreements, non‑compete agreements, and shareholder purchase agreements Draft formation and organizational documents for startups and emerging companies, including operating agreements, partnership agreements, and related corporate governance materials Participate in all phases of trial preparation, mediation, settlement negotiations, and appellate proceedings Handle a diverse caseload involving commercial disputes, real estate matters, and corporate transactions Qualifications Licensed to practice law in Texas Juris Doctor (JD) earned between 2023 and 2026 1–3 years of relevant experience in civil litigation and transactional law Demonstrated experience in discovery and motion practice Strong interest in courtroom advocacy, and trial Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills Mature, professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively No portable business is required. The minimum annual billable requirement is 1,600 hours.
