Outpatient physical therapy experience required (no new graduates; minimum prior clinical experience preferred). Experience with evaluation, development of treatment plans, functional goal‑setting, and documentation compliant with payer and regulatory guidelines. Demonstrated competency in safe patient handling and materials handling procedures. Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students, and participate in student programs when assigned. Maintain professional licensure and complete state‑mandated continuing education per California practice act. Preferred: experience with outpatient documentation systems, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
