Trillium Staffing is now seeking CNC Swiss Machinist for direct-hire in Wheeling, IL! Relocation Assistance Available! Pay rate is $25– $32/hr + Shift Differentials and a $1,000 Sign-on Bonus. We are a leading precision manufacturer seeking experienced Swiss CNC Operators to join our growing team. We specialize in high-complexity components where quality and precision are paramount. Available Shifts We offer flexible 4-day work weeks (Days, Nights, and Weekends). All shifts currently include a mandatory 5th day of overtime. Night/Weekend Premiums: 10% to 15% hourly increase. Core Responsibilities Operate and maintain multiple CNC machines in a high-volume environment. Perform quality inspections using calipers, micrometers, and CMM equipment. Manage offsets and tool changes based on layouts. Interpret blueprints and maintain strict safety/production standards. Apply now! Qualifications Experience: 2+ years of CNC machining (Swiss preferred). Skills: Proficient in manual inspection tools and blueprint reading.
