Technical Lead / Architect

Vault12 Inc. seeks a Technical Lead / Architect. Duties Lead and mentor a team of mobile developers. Design and document scalable application architectures using TypeScript + Ionic. Direct the analysis, development, and operation of complete computer systems. Monitor system operation to detect potential problems. Identify system data, hardware, or software components required to meet user needs. Verify stability, interoperability, portability, security, or scalability of system architecture. Evaluate existing systems to determine effectiveness, and suggest changes to meet organizational requirements. Provide technical guidance or support for the development or troubleshooting of systems. Manage project timelines, priorities, and client/stakeholder communications. Initiate, review, or approve modifications to project plans. Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel. Monitor the performance of project team members, providing and documenting performance feedback. Assign duties, responsibilities, and spans of authority to project personnel. Own delivery of high-quality, maintainable code and performant applications. Drive agile processes, code reviews, and development standards. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, System Design, Computer Systems, Software Engineering, or Information Technology, and 60 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
