Experience: Proven caregiving experience across diverse groups (elderly pediatric disabled or memory-impaired clients).Certifications: Valid CPR and First Aid certifications (CNA license is a plus/requirement).Core Competencies: Strong knowledge of safe transfer techniques (Hoyer lift experience a plus) medication administration protocols and patience with cognitive/behavioral needs. Attributes: Empathetic reliable observant and exceptional at communicating updates to family members and healthcare teams. Requirements: Valid drivers license reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
