Our client, a leading company in the engineering and manufacturing industry, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the engineering support team supporting a prominent aerospace client. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and technical proficiency, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Trenton, OH

Pay Range: Based upon experience

Shift: 1st shift, in office (Remote or Hybrid schedules are not available)

What's the Job?

• Provide essential administrative and operational support to the engineering team.
• Prepare, format, and maintain engineering reports, presentations, and documents.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize Excel spreadsheets, including creating and managing advanced Excel Macros to automate processes and improve efficiency.
• Create accurate reports and dashboards for engineering leadership.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure deadlines are met.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical or engineering environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including creating and troubleshooting Excel Macros.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
