Sales Admin

To perform this job successfully, an individual must perform each essential duty satisfactorily:

• Collaborate with and support assigned sales team members to achieve monthly team quota
• Utilize NetSuite’s CRM/ERP software as well as using TEAMS for all aspects of order processing to include
• Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), equipment returns as well as entering and updating customer and vendor account information.
• Answer incoming phone calls on the Tri Tower Telecom operator line and direct to the appropriate party
• Entering V-Quotes (Data entry for part number cost quotes from vendors in NetSuite)
• Daily monitoring of Sales order statuses and communicate to sales rep and customer when needed.
• Send/email customers their shipping tracking numbers after orders ship
• Daily auditing and tracking of incoming POs using UPS, FedEx, USPS and freight company websites.
• Simultaneously manage multiple sales administration tasks with the highest level of accuracy and details
• Maintain communication with internal departments for order status and fulfillment
• Process RMAs (customer returns) and VRAs (vendor returns when applicable) as well as replacement orders
• Process credit card, PayPal and other payments
• FedEx and UPS - create shipping labels for customer returns when needed (PO’s and ebay orders occasionally)
• Attend sales meetings and assist with addressing sales strategies as needed
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure ongoing sales and a high level of customer satisfaction
• Performs other duties as assigned

• Associate’s degree in business or related field required
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales administrative role, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience working in the Telecom Industry preferred
• Proven work experience in account management
• Experience with CRM/ERP software preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
