In this role, you'll do more than deliver merchandise you'll build customer relationships, install products safely, solve problems on the spot, and represent our company with professionalism and care. What You'll Do

• Deliver & Install Merchandise
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Support Store Operations

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record
• DOT certification (if required by state law)
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, organized, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Work Environment This is an active, hands-on position that takes place in the store, on the road, and inside customer homes. Team members should be comfortable with:

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and carrying
• Using hand trucks and moving heavy merchandise safely
• Working in changing indoor and outdoor environments
• Driving in all weather conditions
• Navigating stairs, tight spaces, uneven surfaces, and varying home environments
• Managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced setting
• Occasional overtime or travel between store locations as needed
