At least 1 year in a supervisory role preferred (bonus points if it's with kiddos on the spectrum). Supervision guru? You’ve nailed the BACB Supervisor Training and are all about those 3 hours of supervision CEUs each cycle. Leader material? You’ve got top‑notch communication skills, can write a killer report, and manage a team like a pro. Independent operator? You’re a deadline‑meeting, time‑managing machine, working solo with minimal oversight. The Fine Print: Must submit a transcript showing your Master’s degree and BCBA Certification. Willing to submit fingerprints for DOJ and FBI clearance (we’ll cover it). Keep your TB test and BLS training up‑to‑date. Adhere to HIPAA and all relevant safety, hiring, and discrimination laws.
