Salary: GBP0 - GBP36000 per annum + 53,000 OTE About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join a brand-new residential development. This attractive site comprises a substantial number of private homes, with the first phase launching later this year. The first phase will bring a select number of properties to market, including a mix of 1-bedroom homes alongside larger 3 and 4-bedroom houses - ideal for a sales consultant looking to be part of a development from the ground up. What's on Offer Excellent work-life balance, including two consecutive weekdays off every week Attractive quarterly bonus structure tied to sales targets, with additional incentives for hitting goals Extra rewards for positive customer reviews Potential for future opportunities across other developments within the wider group The Role As New Homes Sales Consultant, you'll be the face of a brand-new development, guiding buyers through their purchasing journey from initial enquiry through to completion, and playing a key role as the site launches.
