Senior Accountant Opportunity
Real estate powerhouse in the Irvine area is looking to hire a Senior Accountant on a direct hire basis. This company has been ranked year after year as the best place to work. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the most dynamic teams at this company.
This Senior Accountant will:
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial packages for a group of projects
- Prepare reports for joint ventures using project data
- Track cash balances across several accounts
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations
- Reconcile GL and tenant accounts as needed
- Create custom complex excel analytical worksheets
- Variance analysis
- Provide excellent customer service to external and internal teams.
