Operations Analyst

Operations AnalystWe are looking for a part-time Operations Analyst to support our Finance and Operations teams. This is a contract position requiring approximately 25 hours per week. The role follows a hybrid schedule, with onsite work at HQ one day per week or as needed and the remaining hours worked remotely.Responsibilities include:Responding to and managing credit card chargebacksCompleting Henkel markup calculationsReconciling warehouse activityReconciling inventory across vendors and kitting facilitiesReconciling retail order transfers and reports for Amazon US, UK, and Germany, as well as TikTokProcessing inventory adjustments for PR usage, R&D testing, in-house glove finished-goods kitting, and developer fillingProcessing adjustments for UK and US returns, sourcing, and scrapped inventoryCoordinating cycle-count schedules and adding new items to cycle-count groupsResearching and resolving cycle-count discrepancies for raw materials and other productsIdentifying and coordinating the disposal of obsolete components at outside facilitiesAssisting with other finance and operations tasks as needed
