They are seeking an engineering leader to build great products and develop a strong team while managing product development and execution strategies. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional groups, executive team, field teams to devise business impact product strategy • Enable the team to realize their potential and set them for achieving their career development goals • Own execution and delivery of roadmaps, to help setup the business and your team for success • Partner with the staffing team to recruit and build performing team • Instill a strong sense of ownership and accountability within the team wherein members hold each other to a high bar • Participate in discussions pertaining to the architecture and implementation techniques to represent, translate and optimize user directives into optimized queries Qualifications: Required: • 5+ years of technical experience • 2+ years of people management experience • Demonstrated strong technical architecture and engineering skills • Ability to switch between technology paradigms • Strong computer science fundamentals • Experience in hiring and developing high performing engineering teams • Ability to make data driven decisions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional groups Preferred: • Curiosity and love to learn new technologies • Experience in solving complex problems Company: Sigma is not another Business Intelligence tool.
