Compensation: Strong base salary + monthlyperformance bonus = annual earning potential up to $111,000 Relocation assistanceavailable (up to $20K- location dependent) Qualifications: Required: BCBA or BCaBAcertification, or RBT currently enrolled in a graduate BCBA program Master's degree (or higher)in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field with approved behavior-analyticcoursework Active certification andlicensure (where required) What You'll Do: Conduct behavioralassessments and develop individualized treatment plans Provide clinical oversightand supervision of ABA services Supervise and mentor RBTsand other clinical staff Collaborate with familiesand interdisciplinary care teams Ensure services meet BACB,payer, and state regulatory standards Why Join?
