As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic Marketing/Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and creative Full or Part-Time Marketing/Social Media Manager to oversee and execute the company's social media and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, a passion for outdoor landscaping, and the ability to engage our audience through compelling content. This role is perfect for someone looking to make an impact in a growing company and help elevate our online presence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.). We are looking for the perfect candidate to take our marketing to the next level.
• Create, schedule, and manage content including photos, videos, blog posts, and customer reviews. Organize and conduct photo shoots of projects for marketing use.
• Collaborate with the team to showcase our landscaping projects, services, and company culture.
• Monitor social media trends, industry news, and competitor activity to ensure the company remains relevant. Utilize analytics and be able to enact marketing strategies that reflect them.
• Engage with submitted questions, respond to comments, and build an online presence.
• Analyze performance data to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Develop advertising campaigns in varying mediums (print, social media, etc) to drive leads and awareness.
• Maintain and grow the company's online presence through strategic partnerships, hashtags, and cross-promotion.
• Create and present marketing plan and budget annually
• Encourage team members to request reviews then share reviews with the team
• Manage/monitor Website Content. Develop blog topics and keep the public engaged with our recent completed jobs.
• Organize and publish monthly newsletter.
• Assist with light administrative duties including but not limited to, help answering phones, coordinating truck decaling/advertising
• Coordinate with HR to promote company vision at career fairs and employee engagement

Requirements

• Proven experience in marketing and website management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with social media scheduling tools
• Creative mindset with strong writing, photo, and video editing skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics along with Brevo would be a positive
• Passion for landscaping and outdoor design is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Canva, word press, Adobe Creative Suite, or other marketing tools.
• Experience with social media advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook and Instagram Ads).
• Ability to understand customer personas and tailor content to target specific demographics. xhyhwjd

Hours & Compensation

• Part time / Full Time. 30-40 hours per week
• Pay range $26-$30 per hour based on experience and qualifications
