HVAC Service Technician – Lead Commercial HVAC/R Service & MaintenanceSign-on bonus of up to $3,000 for qualified candidates.Job OverviewCompany: Progressive Mechanical Services, Inc.Salary/Pay Rate: $34 to $52 per hour (Based on experience) plus Performance Bonus.Location: Elmhurst, IL (100% Local Travel Required).Job/Employment Type: Full Time.Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM.Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Government Facilities.Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Universal EPA Certification.The OpportunityYou will serve as a lead technical expert for premier Chicagoland facilities, managing complex HVAC/R service and maintenance for high-end commercial clients. This role offers you the autonomy to troubleshoot sophisticated systems while receiving direct mentorship from ownership in a culture that rewards long-term accountability.
