Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to neonatal intensive care patients in the NICU.
• Monitor and document patient conditions using Cerner EMR.
• Administer medications and treatments per unit protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.
