Schedule: 18:45 - 19:15 (Every other weekend)

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct RN care to neonatal patients within the NICU setting, supporting safe and effective care delivery.
• Monitor patient status, document care appropriately, and communicate changes to the care team.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care and support unit workflow.
• Float to assigned areas as needed (Peds, PICU, Mother Baby [babies only]) based on operational needs.
• Follow unit guidelines and maintain professional standards, including adherence to dress code requirements.
