Job Overview Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical/Surgical position at a 95-bed acute care facility in Pulaski, Tennessee. Position Details Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours Shift: 12‑hour day shift (7:00‑19:00) Employment Type: Travel Schedule Shift: 07:00‑19:00; rotate every other weekend; call requirements based on census. Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to medical‑surgical patients. Perform assessments, develop and implement nursing care plans. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition. Collaborate with healthcare team members for optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care and progress in the electronic health record (EHR). Requirements Valid RN license in Tennessee. BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required. Minimum of 1–2 years of Med/Surg experience preferred. Must clear Tennessee Abuse Registry check prior to assignment start.
