Hiring Immediately | Experienced Automotive Warranty Administrator

Pay: Starting rate of $52,000 annual salary

• Schedule: Monday thru Friday with flexible hours, no weekends

• Reports to: Service Manager

• Onsite in Ann Arbor Michigan

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and respond to phone, email, and in-person parts inquiries

• Identify parts needs, check availability, and process customer and service department orders

• Coordinate with Service Technicians and Advisors to provide parts for vehicle repairs

• Order parts from suppliers and confirm pricing, quantities, and availability

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts and inventory

• Create accurate invoices, process payments, and maintain parts records

• Process parts returns, core returns, and warranty-related transactions

• Maintain an organized parts counter, stockroom, and inventory area

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years of CDJR warranty administration experience

• Working knowledge of Stellantis warranty policies, claim requirements, and repair order processing

• Experience with warranty labor codes, failure codes, claim submissions, and adjustments

• Strong accuracy reviewing repair orders and supporting documentation

• Experience resolving rejected, returned, and unpaid warranty claims

• Familiarity with technician flagging, parts returns, and warranty claim tracking

• Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-paced service department
