RN Infusion NurseAs an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, as well as appropriate patient educationStart/Discontinue IV for infusion therapiesEstablish PIV accessAccess PIV & PortsMedication preparation (Mixing) and Medication administrationTriage infusion patient inquiriesAbility to travel to other location(s) on occasionParticipates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient careAdheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient careDemonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job dutiesRequired Knowledge and SkillsMinimum 1-2 years nursing experienceComprehensive Nursing AssessmentExcellent patient assessment and interpersonal skillsDemonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operationsExcellent customer service skillsWe want nurses who are eager to learn and grow with our rapidly expanding organizationAbility to collaborate with others and offer outstanding customer serviceEducation/Licensure/Technical RequirementsRN Degree, BSN PreferredCurrent nursing license for applicable stateBLS Certification required within 30 days of hireAbility to meet U.S. employment and eligibility requirementsAbout Pure InfusionPure Infusion is a leading healthcare infusion services company providing high-quality, patient-centered infusion therapy across multiple clinic locations.
