Senior Contracts Manager

Leading the Contracts Management team, the full-time Senior Contracts Manager will manage, negotiate, and oversee all contract-related activities, including maintaining the contracts playbook and ensuring compliance, while working remotely. Key responsibilities Review, redline, and negotiate various agreements, including NDAs and Master Agreements Maintain and improve the existing contract playbook and provide consultation during contract negotiations Develop metrics and reporting to enhance contracting processes and turnaround times Required qualifications At least 8 years of experience managing contracts in a corporate setting, with 2 years focused on International Contracts Extensive experience with SaaS agreements and significant experience drafting and negotiating complex agreements High technical acumen and familiarity with US Federal Government contracting regulations Experience with Contracts Management software; familiarity with Conga Contracts is preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies, or equivalent experience; certifications from NCMA or paralegal certification are a plus
