Car Wash Manager

We operate multiple car washes across the Las Vegas valley and are looking for a great leader with technical preventive maintenance car wash training to join our company!

We are looking for someone that has a passion for the car wash industry and has an ability to maintain and exceed operational standards. We currently owns and operates 6 car wash locations within the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and Henderson. With top-of-the-line equipment, we provide an industry-leading car wash product at an affordable price.

We are looking for a leader to oversee 6 locations in the City of Las Vegas, Clark County, and Henderson. Must be friendly, dependable, honest, and hard-working. You must have a dependable form of transportation and also be fluent in English. Must be able to work well with others as well as be able to work independently. MUST have the ability to repair and maintain the equipment while also being a team leader.

Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Measuring, maintaining, and ordering inventory and chemicals as needed
• Inspecting car wash logs and equipment (performing routine preventive maintenance and repairs on)
• Maintaining operational standards at each location
• Preparing and maintaining quality control procedures
• Analyzing and reconciling weekly/monthly sales figures and reporting to upper management
• HR responsibilities (coaching, training and developing) Car Wash staff

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Car Wash Supervisory or Maintenance: 3 years (Required)

Ability to Commute:

• Las Vegas and Henderson, NV (Required)

Ability to Relocate:

• Las Vegas, NV: Relocate before starting work (Required)
