Shift: 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

• 24 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.

• Experience with Epic is preferred.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Hawaii license (required after submission).

• This role will require floating to multiple units

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• COVID booster required after submission. Religious, medical, and personal declinations accepted.

• No current placement allowed at Program: Medefis Program - Hawaii Health Systems Corp - East Region.

Additional Details:

Required Skills / Experience: 2-10 years experience

Preferred Credentials: Procedural Sedation

Unit / Facility Details: Patient Ratio: Medical - 1/6, Laulima - 1/6, Cardiovascular - 1/4; ratio may vary due to unexpected leaves

Floating Requirement: Flex Rn Floats between various medical and surgical units:

• Medical Unit
• Laulima Unit
• Cardiovascular Unit (on rare occasions)

7 days maximum time off

1 Manager/Supervisor reference required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required

Certifications:

• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)

• PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)

• TNCC (Trauma Nurse Core Course)

• ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course)

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
