Job Description Forward Deployed Engineer (AI / Full Stack) New York, USA (On-site) $150,000 – $200,000 + Equity Revive Recruitment are proud to be partnered with a fast-growing, seed‑funded AI healthcare start‑up building the next generation of AI agents to transform patient access and clinical workflows. Healthcare systems today are overwhelmed, backlogs across calls, referrals, and scheduling are driving poor patient experiences and staff burnout. This company is solving that problem at scale, using AI to automate and optimise the patient journey end‑to‑end. This is a high‑impact, customer‑facing engineering role, ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of product, engineering, and real‑world deployment. What You’ll Do Build and ship production code, developing integrations and implementing AI‑driven workflows Own customer implementations end‑to‑end, from scoping through to go‑live Act as the technical face to customers, leading discovery sessions and solving complex integration challenges Optimise AI systems in production, continuously improving performance and behaviour Help scale the product by building repeatable systems and deployment playbooks Contribute to growth by identifying opportunities to expand value post‑launch Shape the product roadmap by translating customer feedback into meaningful improvements What You’ll Have 2+ years’ experience in software engineering, ideally with some customer‑facing exposure Proven experience shipping production systems and working closely with end users Experience owning projects end‑to‑end, including planning and delivery Strong engineering fundamentals (ideally Node.js, TypeScript, React) Exposure to AI systems, APIs, or integrations Experience in healthcare or similar domains is a plus Degree in Computer Science or equivalent (or strong practical experience) Clear signals of excellence (top‑tier company/startup, strong trajectory, or standout projects) Willingness to travel (~10%) to work directly with customers What’s In It For You Join a $10M seed‑funded AI company already outperforming both competitors and human workflows Work alongside world‑class founders (Stanford/Harvard physician + ex‑Amazon Alexa / Salesforce AI leadership) Build and deploy AI systems in real‑world, high‑impact environments Take ownership from day one, shaping both product and customer outcomes Be part of a company solving a meaningful, large‑scale problem in healthcare Competitive salary + equity in a high‑growth startup #J-18808-Ljbffr
