Salary Range: $88,000 - $134,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are collaborating with multiple companies in DeWitt seeking experienced Six Sigma Black Belts. These organizations value long-term fit and are looking for professionals who bring both skill and alignment. By joining our network, you gain access to opportunities tailored to your goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex Six Sigma projects from conception to completion, delivering significant financial savings and process improvements.
• Mentor and coach Green Belts and other team members on Six Sigma methodologies, tools, and project management.
• Utilize advanced statistical analysis to identify root causes of defects, inefficiencies, and variations in manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement sustainable solutions and standardize best practices across production lines.
• Develop and deliver Six Sigma training programs to build capability and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.
• Monitor and report on key process performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and ensure long-term sustainment of improvements.
• Drive the identification of new Six Sigma project opportunities by analyzing operational data and engaging with stakeholders.

Recommended Qualifications

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical software (e.g., Minitab, JMP, R)
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and train Green Belts and Yellow Belts
• Experience implementing automation or Industry 4.0 solutions within a Six Sigma framework
