Salary Range: $82,000 - $127,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and facilitates Kaizen events and workshops across manufacturing operations.
• Develops and implements Lean Six Sigma methodologies to optimize production processes.
• Mentors and coaches employees at all levels on continuous improvement principles and tools.
• Identifies and analyzes process gaps and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions.
• Establishes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of improvement initiatives.
• Drives a culture of continuous improvement, fostering employee engagement and ownership.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and sustainment.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results through process optimization and waste reduction.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI/ML-driven process optimization tools
• Demonstrated success in change management within a manufacturing environment
• Strong presentation and training skills
