Continuous Improvement Leader | East Lansing, MI

Salary Range: $86,000 - $132,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate Lean/Six Sigma projects across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track improvement initiatives.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement through active engagement and communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
• 5+ years of experience leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and change management skills.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
• Experience with AI-powered process optimization tools
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior CI practitioners
• Background in advanced data analytics or statistical modeling
