Assistant Company Manager

Assistant Company Manager Park Avenue Armory is looking for a bilingual Assistant Company Manager, fluent in Korean and English, to provide support to the Company Management team including translating critical information, liaison between the Company team and the Armory staff. Further duties listed below include but are not limited to: Assist the Company Manager to manage all domestic and international travel (airfare, train fare, buses/vans/cars) and housing requirements for the Company; Assist the Company Manager to address general ongoing needs and concerns of the Company such as housing, per diem dispersals, and transportation as well as the providing a standard of overall hospitality to the level expected by the Armory. In so doing it will be required for the Assistant Company Manager to be at the venue at all times when the Company is onsite (including load-in, technical rehearsals, rehearsals, performances, and load-out); Working closely with the Box Office, manage list of guest names for complimentary and for purchase performance tickets for the Company; Prepare and distribute welcome packets, ID badges, and on-site resources to the Company; Order and oversee backstage hospitality for Company; Prepare and distribute opening night cards and gifts and to organize a closing night toast or gift for the Company; Submit internal incident reports and Workers Comp paperwork (when applicable) to Company Manager; Coordinate any medical or personal needs of the Company as they are made known; Prepare and submit Work Requests for back-of-house set-ups and daily cleaning; Assist with any other related responsibilities. Minimum Requirements Candidates must have experience in Administrative Assistance, Executive Assistance or artist services. Candidates must have excellent interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication skills in Korean and English; excellent attention to detail and administrative and organizational skills. Period: August 24, 2026 – September 26, 2026 (5 Weeks) Compensation: $1,400/week. The Assistant Company Manager shall be treated as an employee of the Armory, and Employee's compensation shall be subject to applicable tax withholdings. The Armory shall be responsible for processing all applicable payroll-related withholdings, reporting, and payments required by city, state, and federal law. Must be eligible to work in the US.
