Our restaurant in Albany is seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. Join us in our mission to serve delicious BBQ with a side of patriotism!

A General Manager is a "Servant Heart Leader," responsible for building a positive culture, managing the restaurant team, and ensuring exceptional service. They are the "Head Coach" and "Mayor" of the restaurant, leading by example and fostering a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:

- The GM acts as a mentor and coach, prioritizing the well-being and development of teammates.
- Team Management:
- Leading, training, and developing staff, while also ensuring consistent communication and clear expectations.

- Managing day-to-day operations, including inventory, scheduling, and maintenance.

- Maintaining high standards of customer service and addressing any concerns.

- Developing and adhering to a budget, maximizing profits, and managing payroll.

- Building relationships within the community and fostering a positive reputation for the brand.
