Commission-Based Sales Representative

Krovance LLC is looking for motivated independent sales partners to help introduce U.S. small businesses to practical AI services and automation solutions.

This is an entry-level, commission-based 1099 contractor opportunity intended for people who want to get started in sales, appointment setting, business outreach, AI services, or technology sales. No prior sales experience is required, but applicants must be comfortable making outbound calls, following instructions, tracking activity clearly, and earning based on performance.

This is not an hourly or base-pay position. Commission is paid only when one of your referred leads becomes a closed paid Krovance client. There is no hourly pay, base pay, pay per call, pay per lead, pay per email, or pay per interested reply.

Compensation:

Sales partners start at $100 USD per closed paid client.

The commission rate increases by $10 USD after every 5 closed clients brought in.

The maximum commission rate is $300 USD per closed paid client.

Payments are sent by Zelle or ACH/bank transfer after the client’s payment clears.

Krovance helps businesses save time, reduce missed opportunities, improve follow-up, organize information, and automate repetitive work through assigned AI services and workflow automation systems.

Examples of services may include:

AI receptionists or lead capture systems

Automated follow-up for missed calls, emails, or inquiries

AI document organization and summarization

Workflow automation for scheduling, reporting, or client communication

Custom AI tools for business operations

Sales partners will be assigned a specific AI service to represent before beginning outreach. Each service is designed to solve a clear business problem, such as saving staff time, reducing missed leads, or automating repetitive work.

Responsibilities:

Call U.S. small businesses professionally

Add each lead into the shared sheet before contact

Check for duplicate leads before calling

Use the approved script and outreach process

Update call status and notes after every attempt

Send the approved follow-up email to interested prospects

Forward positive replies or serious questions to Krovance

Provide feedback on objections, pricing concerns, service mismatch, unclear offers, or poor target fit

Communicate honestly and avoid false claims or guarantees

Krovance provides a lead-generation dashboard, shared lead sheet, call script, follow-up email template, and service page. Sales partners may also find their own leads, but all leads must be entered into the shared sheet before contact.

To stay active, reps are expected to consistently add/update leads, log every call result, and aim for at least 25 calls per week.

Qualifications:

No sales experience required

Entry-level applicants are welcome

Comfortable calling U.S. small businesses during U.S. business hours

This is best for someone who wants an entry-level commission sales opportunity where they can prove themselves, build sales experience, and earn based on closed client referrals.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity, not a W-2 employee position. Applicants must sign an independent contractor agreement before starting and complete a W-9 before receiving any payout.
