For over 50 years, we have encouraged kids to make positive changes in their lives.We are seeking an experienced Residential Executive Director to provide strategic and supportive leadership to a dedicated team serving young females ages 13-21 in a residential setting. The ideal candidate brings a passion for delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services and demonstrates strong capabilities in leadership, fiscal oversight, board engagement, and community and public relations.
