Location: Grand Junction, CO 81501
Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension)
Shift: 10 Hour Days | Variable Shifts
Pay: Local: $65/hr. (W2) Travel: $2,800/week ($1,265 Stipend Included)
Job Summary
Performs diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures to obtain high-quality radiographic studies while ensuring patient safety, image quality, and compliance with radiation safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic radiography procedures including patient positioning, imaging acquisition, and exam preparation
- Review image quality, process studies for interpretation, and maintain accurate patient documentation
- Operate imaging equipment safely while adhering to ALARA radiation safety, infection control, and departmental protocols
Requirement
Certifications: ARRT (R) & BLS (AHA)
Experience: 1+ Year Radiology / X-Ray Technologist Experience
Preferred
Contrast administration, radiation safety protocols, Image evaluation, documentation
