Executive Assistant/Marketing & Customer Engagement Administrator

Town of Mansfield, MA

The person in this position shall provide direct assistance to the General Manager regarding the day to-day operations of the Mansfield Municipal Electric Department (MMED). Person is responsible for developing, directing, and implementing all public communications, public relations, marketing and promotions. The ideal person shall work and communicate effectively with the Board of Commissioners, employees of both MMED and the Town of Mansfield, as well as members of the public. Such communications require considerable patience and courtesy to resolve routine to complex issues. This person will be required occasionally to work beyond normal business hours.
