POSITION TITLE: Insurance Sales Agent, Accomack County, VA

STATUS : Exempt

LOCATION : Accomack County office (with Travel to meet with existing and new clients)

REPORTS TO: Agency Manager

COMPENSATION RANGE:

Average First-Year Total Compensation: $52,000 – $125,000 annually (inclusive of base salary)

Base Salary: $37,000 – $52,000 annually (dependent upon location and established book of business)

Preferred Qualifications

• Licensing: Possess a Property & Casualty license and Life, Health & Annuities license, or be ready to obtain them with our fully-funded training materials and classes.

• Communication Skills: Exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities.

• Time Management: Demonstrate effective time management and the ability to work independently.

• Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.
