HigherUp HCM in Los Angeles, CA is looking to hire a full-time Human Capital Management Specialist to learn the ins and outs of our company and excel. Are you self-motivated? Job Responsibilities
Manage your own "book" of clients to ensure that payrolls are processed accurately and according to daily deadlines
Assist clients with training and ongoing use of our web-based HCM product ISolved
Help Clients analyze payroll reports and develop reporting to assist clients in better understanding payroll data
Work directly under company management to further enhance payroll knowledge and become an expert in the field

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A Human Capital Management Specialist
College degree
Knowledge and experience in customer service/operations in payroll and human resource functions.
Strong phone and web-based customer service skills
Strong verbal and written skills
Organization and time management skills
Do you have a good attitude? Are you organized? Do you have a desire to continually learn and improve Are you detail-oriented? If so, you might just be perfect for this admin position!
