We are looking for a Web Content Manager to support our eCommerce presence in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this role, you will shape online merchandising and promotional initiatives, maintain accurate and compelling website content, and help improve the digital shopping experience. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong content management skills with analytical thinking and a practical understanding of website performance.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and launch online promotional campaigns that increase site visits, strengthen conversion performance, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain product pages by updating descriptions, images, and related web content to keep information accurate, consistent, and aligned with brand standards.
• Refine website content and page structure to support stronger organic visibility and improve search engine performance.
• Review customer behavior, site navigation, and checkout activity to identify opportunities to simplify the user journey and reduce drop-off.
• Run tests on landing pages, product detail pages, and checkout flows to improve conversion results through data-informed adjustments.
• Research competitors, pricing trends, and market activity to inform promotional planning and uncover new opportunities for differentiation.
• Partner with web development teams to implement site enhancements that improve usability, performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
• Track campaign and website metrics using analytics tools, then summarize findings and recommendations through regular performance reporting.
• Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to ensure digital content and eCommerce initiatives support broader business objectives.• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience managing eCommerce content, digital promotions, and website optimization initiatives.
• Strong working knowledge of content management systems, online storefront platforms, and web analytics tools.
• Familiarity with search engine optimization principles and the ability to apply them to website content.
• Ability to interpret performance data, identify patterns, and make sound recommendations based on insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and clear content development.
• Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with tools and platforms such as Shopify and JIRA is preferred.
