High-Ticket Sales Consultant - Women's Health

Remote | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission | OTE $80,000 - $110,000+

Menopause Mastery is a fast-growing online women's health company helping women navigate menopause through personalised, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle coaching.

We have worked with thousands of women globally and have built a large online audience and community around one mission: changing the way women understand and experience menopause.

We are now looking for an experienced High-Ticket Sales Consultant to join our sales team.

This is not a cold-calling role.

You will speak with warm, inbound leads who have already expressed interest in getting help and have booked a consultation with our team.

Your job is to understand what the woman is struggling with, establish whether our programme is the right solution for her, clearly communicate the value of our service and confidently guide qualified prospects towards becoming clients.

You will:

• Conduct virtual sales consultations with warm, pre-qualified leads
• Build genuine rapport and uncover the prospect's symptoms, challenges, goals and motivations
• Understand why previous attempts haven't produced the outcome they wanted
• Clearly explain how our coaching programme works and how it may support their goals
• Confidently present and sell a premium coaching service
• Navigate objections around price, timing, partner approval and uncertainty
• Follow up appropriately with qualified prospects who don't enrol immediately
• Maintain accurate CRM records and sales notes
• Consistently work towards individual and company sales targets
• Participate in regular sales training, call reviews and coaching
• Continuously develop your sales skills and menopause knowledge

You are comfortable asking difficult questions, talking about money and helping someone make a decision.

You understand that great sales is not about pressuring people - it is about listening exceptionally well, identifying whether there is a genuine fit and confidently helping the right person take action.

High-ticket B2C sales experience is strongly preferred.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have experience selling:

• Coaching or consulting programmes
• Health or wellness services
• Fitness or nutrition programmes
• Education programmes
• Other premium B2C services

You do not need to already be a menopause practitioner.

We provide extensive product and menopause training so that you can confidently understand our clients, their challenges and our methodology.

This is a performance-driven sales role.

You will be expected to:

• Maintain a minimum 30% consultation-to-sale conversion rate once fully trained
• Consistently follow our sales process
• Review your own performance and identify areas for improvement
• Attend sales training and implement feedback quickly
• Maintain excellent standards of communication and client experience

We provide the leads, sales process, training and ongoing coaching.

You bring the ability to sell.

Base salary + uncapped commission

OTE: $80,000–$110,000+ per year

High performers have the opportunity to earn beyond OTE through commission.

Full compensation structure will be discussed during the interview process.

• Full-time contractor position
• Approximately 40 hours per week
• Fully remote
• You must have reliable internet and a professional environment for video consultations
• Flexibility is required around consultation availability due to our international client base
