Missions
- Apporter un appui administratif et organisationnel en soutien au responsable administratif et des directions de service :
Application et suivi des procdures (soutenances de thse, gestion des diplmes, inscriptions des doctorants, conventions, etc.).
Prparation et suivi des dossiers (prix de thse, jury, enqutes, valuations).
Coordination et suivi des projets stratgiques, nationaux et internationaux, en lien avec les diffrentes directions et partenaires.
Organisation logistique d'vnements (soutenances, journes d'accueil ou thmatiques, visites de dlgations, missions en France et l'tranger).
Mise jour et gestion des bases de donnes (plateforme ADUM, tableaux de bord, indicateurs, reporting).
Circulation et valorisation de l'information (site web, livret d'accueil, comptes rendus, rapports).
Appui la gestion d'agenda, planification de runions, suivi des chances.
Profil recherch
BTS Assistant Manager, Assistant de gestion PME-PMI ou niveau BAC+2.
Exprience de 2 ans minimum sur un poste similaire.
Capacit grer des dossiers transversaux et stratgiques, en plus des tches classiques d'assistanat.
Comptences attendues
Connaissance des techniques de gestion administrative
Matrise des outils bureautiques et numriques (Suite Microsoft : Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Matrise professionnelle de l'anglais (lecture, criture, oral) Niveau B1/B2
Notions sur les programmes europens et internationaux (Erasmus+, Horizon Europe).
Savoir-faire
Capacit organiser, prioriser, analyser et grer les demandes d'information.
Capacit rdiger et mettre en forme des documents, rapports, comptes rendus.
Capacit s'adapter divers interlocuteurs, y compris internationaux.
Capacit rendre compte de l'avancement des dossiers, produire des bilans et des statistiques.
Ractivit, autonomie, rigueur et sens de la confidentialit.
