We're hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner who wants predictable work-life balance, meaningful community impact, and the autonomy to practice comprehensive primary care.

You'll step into an outpatient role focused on whole-person primary care, health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease management, patient education, and referrals. You'll have full clinical support while maintaining meaningful autonomy in a mission-driven, team-based environment.

What makes you a great fit

• You are a Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• You have 1-3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience
• You hold or can obtain a clear and active Indiana license
• You maintain prescriptive authority, DEA, and current CPR certification
• You value compassionate, whole-person primary care
• Spanish bilingual ability is preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000-$130,000+
• Health insurance: Approximately $80 per pay period, with employer paying 70%
• Retirement: 401(k) with a 3% employer match
• PTO: 15 vacation days
• 10 paid holidays
• CME: $3,500 annual allowance plus approved CME time
• Student loan repayment eligibility: $50,000-$100,000
• Relocation assistance available
