We are unable to provide visa sponsorship or continuation for this position.About the RoleBrainlabs is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join the team building our ad management and analytics platforms - systems that run advertising operations across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other channels for thousands of accounts. You'll work on full-stack development, data pipelines, and AI-driven features that turn complex marketing operations into reliable, scalable software. This role suits someone who moves fast, figures things out with minimal hand-holding, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment rather than one with heavy process.What You'll DoDesign and build full-stack features for large-scale ad management and analytics platformsDevelop and maintain data pipelines and cloud infrastructure supporting high-volume, multi-channel advertising dataBuild integrations with ad platform APIs (Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, etc.)Apply AI techniques (forecasting, recommendation, NLP) to improve performance insights and budget allocationCollaborate directly with marketing strategists, data teams, and product stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutionsUse AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code) as part of the daily workflow to move faster and raise code qualityRequired Skills & Experience7+ years of professional software engineering experience (senior level - able to own projects end to end with minimal supervision)Strong Python skills; comfortable across the full stack (backend + frontend, e.g. Vue.js)Solid SQL and experience with big data pipelinesExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker)Experience building or integrating with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is a strong plusFamiliarity with ML/NLP concepts and applying them in production systemsComfortable using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) to boost productivityExcellent communication skills; able to work directly with non-technical stakeholdersWho You AreA self-starter who doesn't need detailed specs to get moving - you figure out what needs to be built and go build itFast and productive; you'd rather ship and iterate than over-planEnergized by a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, not slowed down by itComfortable with ambiguity and taking ownership beyond your immediate ticketWe know searching for a job is tough and that you want to find the best career and employer for you.
